Is a remote title deed transaction safe?
Yes. The transaction is carried out strictly within the scope of the power of attorney you issue; the transfer takes place at the official land registry office and your title deed is couriered to your address. You are kept informed at every step.
How is land far below market value possible?
Our long-standing investor network gives us early access to the portfolios of sellers who need to raise cash quickly. Every portfolio is reviewed for title deed and zoning status before it is presented to you.
Do you only work in Istanbul?
No. Our residence, housing, office and project work is concentrated on Istanbul's Anatolian Side, while our land and plot investment activity covers the whole of Turkey.
What is your role in a land-for-flat process?
We act as the bridge between the landowner and the contractor, structure the revenue sharing model and follow the process from the start of the project through to handover.
How is the consultancy fee determined?
The first meeting is free of charge. The fee is set out clearly at the end of that meeting, based on the scope and type of work; no surprise charges appear later in the process.
